Hi, I’m Kacy! I live on a farm in Southern Ohio with my husband, Jeff, and our three energetic boys who keep life fun and exciting. While family life is always an adventure, I cherish my quiet moments spent reading, growing flowers, and enjoying quality time with loved ones.

I’m a Registered Dietitian by profession, with over a decade of experience in Outpatient Dietetics. After many rewarding years in healthcare, I took some time to focus on raising my children and supporting my husband’s business. Now, I’m thrilled to have returned to the workforce in an exciting new capacity as one of the Winfree Agency’s Hiring Coordinators.

I was drawn to this role by the chance to work alongside Amber, whose hard work and determination inspire me daily. Her positive energy and growth-oriented mindset made it easy to say “yes” to this opportunity. This career has given me the flexibility to provide for my family while prioritizing being a mom—a balance that means everything to me.

What I love most about being a Hiring Coordinator is the inspiring team I get to work with. Their drive and encouragement push me to become the best version of myself. I also value the flexibility and growth opportunities this role provides. It’s truly fulfilling to contribute to the agency’s success while embracing a role that challenges me and takes me outside my comfort zone.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me cheering on my kids at their sports events or tending to the flower garden I run with my sister—our shared labor of love.
