Hi, I’m Rebecca! I live in Flora, Indiana, and I’m proud to be what I call an only parent to my incredible 12-year-old son. He’s passionate about football, basketball, and baseball, and has a love for dinosaurs so big that he dreams of becoming a paleontologist, playing in the NFL, or maybe even following me into this career someday. We’re very active in our church, and in the summertime, you’ll often find us near the water, soaking up the sunshine.

Before joining the Winfree Agency, I worked as a bar manager. I was drawn to this career because I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives. Watching my mom battle cancer and struggle with financial stress, I realized how important it is to let people know there’s help out there—help they may not even realize exists. That personal experience fueled my passion for what I do today.

This career hasn’t just impacted others; it’s changed my life. I now have the freedom to be present for my son, attend family events, and rediscover my faith. Joining this company led us to a church we love, and shortly after, my son decided to get baptized—a moment I’ll treasure forever.

The growth I’ve experienced here has been incredible. Each day challenges me to be better than I was the day before, and the culture of encouragement and support is truly unmatched.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me by a pool with a good book in the summer or cheering on my son at his games during the school year!
